Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a novel microporous membrane filter, 100 million per square meter on the surface of porous membrane. Therefore it has a good breathability. Its porous surface diameter is about0.2~1um, which even through the smallest of dust particles will be difficult to get through.
My company and the domestic research institutes jointly to develop a new PTFE porous membrane whose features as follow: chemically stable, high surface finish, easy to clean, heat-resistance, anti-aging, long-time use, good ventilation, dredging oil hydrophobic. Under the special treatment that resuming the composite fiber membrane filter, but it does not affect the membrane pore size. The basic parameters are as follows: composite membrane filter tube average 1 - 0.2 μm pore size, operating pressure 1Mpa, blowing pressure 0.4Mpa. PTEE microporous membrane filter is multi-structured, making use of different materials from outside to inside diameter followed by amplification to finish the shape in one time. The outermost layer of PTFE microporous membranes protects dust from going into the filter internal side. There is no plug, low resistance to the operation of multi-storey structure filter, filtration velocity, whit high filtration efficiency.
To putting the polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane filter on the composite fibers is the exclusive product in the domestic market. It is the most advanced air-filtration, dust retention of the filter, which has the following advantages:
1. Removal efficiency as high as 99.999%
2. Long life, hard surface smooth, no major internal hole plug, cleaning dust easily, peeling and the results restore the original pact. No replacement filter, and dust still can be recovered with high-value and low-cost operation.
3. Resistance to high and low temperature, condensation resistance, strong chemical stability, high-temperature sterilization, temperature and humidity. Corrosive gas is a highly adaptable to a high concentration of gas, In particular for the high humidity dust.
4. High porosity membranes, microporous membrane filter does not affect the flow, ventilation 6m3 /m2 ? ~ 3 min.
PTFE composite membrane filter is not only a higher efficiency and lower cost, better economic returns product. It is good for the food, pharmaceutical, dairy vacuum filtration, aerospace, marine chemical industry and industrial automation to clean up the air.
